The Player Development Program combines our Shooting School and Ball Handling Programs, which allow players to develop more efficiently. Specialized instruction will be given on Shooting, Ball-Handling and Footwork.  Each Session players will learn something new.   All players can become better shooters.  Drills and instruction will be given to improve the player’s shot and increase control and accuracy.  The drills are purposeful, innovative, challenging, game-like and progressive in nature.  In Basketball, Skill Development is the great equalizer. Properly taught fundamentals, allow players to compete successfully at the highest levels.  BE ON TIME!

 

 

Vertimax Training - Top-Level Athletic Training

VertiMax Training Program is a high intensity program that will increase an athletes jumping ability, first step quickness and lateral mobility.

Athletes will work out twice a week.Training Sessions are 30-45 minutes long. BE ON TIME! IMPORTANT! Coach Graham recommends stretching out on your own after every workout! We limit each group to no more than 6 athletes. Payment due must paid online before your first workout.
